Attractive business cards with spot varnishing.

The visual effect is made by varnishing selected spots with special transparent glossy varnish, which swells a little after applying. In combination with smooth matt foiled surface of the card, glossy varnished places definitelly stands out. Varnish is hardened with UV rays (ultra violet radiation). Thanks to this varnishing some important elements of the business card may be accentuated and highlighted. It can for example glossy logo, glossy picture, shiny texture in the background, or whotever we need. The varnished element have little domed structure, which can be recognized by touching this varnished cards. 

Business cards are printed with a great precision on the highest world-class machine in resolution which allows to receive unbelievable quantity of details. Moreover colours are wonderfully soaked, their repeatability is also incredible!

The ruling 200 lpi (until now usually 150-175 lpi) allows to copy the pictures prepared in resolution over 350 dpi without noticeable loss! The whole pile of cards is cut on an industrial quillotine. No hand-made cutting! No irregularities!

• Recommended resolution: 350 dpi. The resolution changes over 300 dpi are almost imperceptible so do not increase the resolution without need - it does not improve the quality but enlarges the file volume (size) instead.
• Artwork dimentions: 94 x 54 mm (the artwork size must be 4 mm bigger than the final size horizontally and vertically. (Papier is cut out 2 mm each side after printing)
• Color management: Please provide your artwork in CMYK palette. Ensure that ALL images, text and other design elements have colors set to CMYK palette and do not contain any RGB or Pantone colors.
• Acceptable file types: PDF (ver. 1.4 max) PSD CDR (ver. X3 max) TIF JPG
• Maximum percentage of the process inks Cannot exceed 350%. Complaints about artworks with higher ink coverage will not be accepted (so e.g. do not "deep black" using 100+100+100+100% of CMYK colors).
• Deep black: In order to obtain rich saturated black use 84%C 74%M 62%Y 100%K.
