Size 85x54 mm (typical credit card size) double-side printed with rounded corners and covered with glossy foil on front side only or both sides as well. Full colour print on white 350 gsm Trucard paper board, thickness 0,38mm if both sides need to be laminated, or on 275 gsm vol. 1.6 providing improved paper-strength properties (stiffness is similar to 350 gsm paper board) if only one side of the card is foiled.

Perfect as discount cards, loyalty cards, club cards.

The whole pile of cards is cut by a special machine to avoid irregularities.

Personalization (numbering)
I order to personalize your cards you should provide us with number span (range of numbers) to be placed on succesive jobs (you can put it in remarks to your order) or you can attach database to your application file. You can put few fields within one job.
Please prepare your artwork as two PDF files. Both files should contain your artwork prepared for printing according to our guidelines (and using our template). Files should be identical, except that in one file first record from the database should be placed on your artwork exactly in place where you want your personalization. Only then we can match programme parameters to fulfill your needs and requirements. Second file with your artwork (same graphics but no personalization) is used as constant background for your variable data.
If the personalizing need to be done using special font, please provide it together with your artwork.

• Recommended resolution: 300 dpi The resolution changes over 300 dpi are almost imperceptible so do not increase the resolution if not necessary - it does not improve the quality but enlarges the file volume (size) instead.
• Artwork dimentions: 89 x 58 mm (the artwork size must be 4 mm bigger than the real size horizontally and vertically. (Papier is cut out 2 mm each side after printing)
• Color management: Please provide your artwork in CMYK palette. Ensure that ALL images, text and other design elements have colors set to CMYK palette and do not contain any RGB or Pantone colors.
