Specification
Produced on white single side coated bulky paper providing improved paper-strength properties without increasing paper density (vol. 1.6) equivalent to 350 gsm board. Single side printed in CMYK full colour. Stiffness (rigidity) can be important - our folders' stiffness is bigger than ordinary 350 gsm art paper.

Litho offset print technology
Thanks to quick develop and lowering costs of printing technology we can offer you the best quality and affordable presentation folders. Litho offset printing allow using large gradients and tints without worrying of stripes and streaking.

Presentation folders are printed on one sheet, foilt (laminated) with matt foil and applied with spots of UV varnish on the outer side and finally pressed. In many folders a pocket, used to hold documents, is stuck to the folder. Our folders are equipped with real, solid, unstuck wings. Entire folder consists of one, rigid cardboard sheet. There are special cuts in the side wing in order to put a business card.

No possibility to change shape and business cads placing. No possibility to lower amount of folders. Presentation folders are delivered unfolded.

• Finishing: Laminated with matt foil + varnished with spot UV. The UV varnish is applied only on front side. When preparing and uploading design don't forget to include template in black & white colors for applying varnish.

• Halftone: 200 lpi. Raster eliptical.
• Print type: offset litho with CTP system integrated with print press

• Recommended resolution: 350 dpi. The resolution changes over 300 dpi are almost imperceptible so do not increase the resolution without need - it does not improve the quality but enlarges the file volume (size) instead.
• Artwork dimentions: 521 x 364 mm. Use template for designing. Folders were designed to fit A4 paper. The easiest way is to download already made template. NOTE: Do not change the position of template toward paper sheet.
• Color management: Please provide your artwork in CMYK palette. Ensure that ALL images, text and other design elements have colors set to CMYK palette and do not contain any RGB or Pantone colors.
• Acceptable file types: PDF (ver. 1.4 max) PSD CDR (ver. X3 max) TIF JPG
• Maximum percentage of the process inks Cannot exceed 350%. Complaints about artworks with higher ink coverage will not be accepted (so e.g. do not "deep black" using 100+100+100+100% of CMYK colors).
• Deep black: In order to obtain rich saturated black use 84%C 74%M 62%Y 100%K.
